BELLEZZA: L'IMPORTANZA DELLA CREMA IDRATANTE
Quando mi prendo cura della mia bellezza mi metto comoda ed è così che il mio bagno si trasforma in un salotto. Oggi nella mia jacuzzi non farò l'idromassaggio ma l'ho riempita di tanti cuscini per meglio descrivervi l'eleganza dei momenti di bellezza che mi concedo a casa mia.
Uno di questi per me importantissimo è il momento dedicato alla crema idratante per il corpo, per me questo è un rituale che si ripete ogni giorno e dopo ogni bagno o doccia e francamente non potrei farne a meno.
Ci sono stati anni della mia vita in cui questa attenzione non esisteva ma notavo che quando tornavo dal mare, complici le creme e gli olii abbronzanti che spalmavo ogni giorno, la mia pelle era più morbida e lucida e la adoravo. Poi sono arrivati i problemi dati dalla secchezza della pelle, fino ad arrivare a fastidiosi sfoghi cutanei e da lì la necessita di idratare la mia pelle.
L'idratazione e la cura della pelle ha una enorme importanza, perchè serve a ridare acqua ai tessuti impoveriti, se l'acqua si riduce , la cellula si appiattisce e la membrana si indurisce e la pelle da giovane ed elastica diventa, in base al grado di disidratazione, ispessita, meno compatta e addirittura vecchia.
Le cause della disidratazione della pelle sono spesso cause naturali, con il passare degli anni la quantità di acqua presente contenuta nelle cellule si riduce e la pelle invecchia.
In che modo stendere la crema idratante ? Io stessa per questioni di tempo sbaglio perchè la crema idratante ha una sua tecnica di applicazione, va fatta penetrare picchiettando dolcemente e non spalmata come facciamo in molte, in realtà cerco di seguire il più possibile il giusto procedimento nei giorni in cui ho più tempo da dedicare a me .
La funzione della crema idratante è quello di creare un velo semimpermeabile tra la pelle e lo strato corneo per impedire l'evaporazione veloce dell'acqua dai tessuti quindi se spalmiamo la crema idratante invece di picchiettarla la crema non aderisce bene ed in modo uniforme .
