ESTATE 2020 IN TEMPI DI CORONAVIRUS TRA DUBBI E INCERTEZZE PER LE VACANZE

Saranno le tanto amate vacanze a mancare davvero in questa estate, sarà la rinuncia di poter decidere dove volere volare, sarà la libertà di movimento e la leggerezza che le vacanze ci regalano.

Ci stiamo preparando alla fase 2 ed il distanziamento sociale rimane ancora uno degli accorgimenti più importanti da adottare, per cui a un solo mese circa ad inizio estate come possiamo pensare di trascorrere le vacanze estive con il vincolo del distanziamento sociale? Le vacanze sono fatte anche per gli abbracci e per i baci, l'estate e le vacanze sono fatte per arricchire la socializzazione e allargare il cerchio delle amicizie.

Che estate sarà è davvero difficile immaginarlo, difficile capire quale sarà la scelta vacanze degli italiani in merito al di là delle restrizioni. Le seconde case saranno raggiunte? L'umore sarà quello di voler evadere e raggiungere  mare o montagna?

Si parla da tempo su come aiutare il settore del turismo ma francamente con spiagge pubbliche chiuse e quelle private con distanziatori in plexiglas vedo assolutamente limitata la bellezza della vacanza e il concetto di libertà e spensieratezza. Anche se si parla di un bonus vacanze per aiutare il settore!

Quest'anno non potrò essere a Porquerolles e nemmeno in altre spiagge naturali e libere, sono in assoluto quelle che preferisco, certo tutto questo a me mancherà ed è per questo motivo che posto questi scatti della scorsa estate che non ho mai pubblicato, ritratte su una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola di Porquerolles , la bellissima plage de Notre Dame.

A vedermi qui nella mia normalità oggi mi spaventa, la spiaggia è affollata concetto impensabile oggi ! Ma ho scelto questi scatti apposta, per ricordare che non avevamo paura a starci vicino,  semmai eravamo seccati per la troppa affluenza e la poca tranquillità.

Immagino che meraviglia deve essere questo paradiso terrestre ora che è lasciato solo a rigenerarsi, era già un paradiso protetto in tempi non sospetti ma ora questo angolo di terra avrà riconquistato maggiore bellezza.

Fortunatamente non ho più l'abitudine di prenotare le vacanze con congruo anticipo, per cui sono salva da vacanze ormai prenotate con caparra già versata, ma sono molti gli italiani che conosco che si trovano in questa situazione con viaggi prenotati  anche all'estero.

Chissà davvero quando potranno usufruirne! Ci auguriamo tutti al più presto.

Sarà l'estate degli italiani a casa che si inventeranno un modo alternativo per trascorrere le vacanze, per il momento non è concesso raggiungere le seconde case al mare o in montagna per cui tutto dipende da ciò che si potra' o non si potrà fare. Ma a noi è lasciato il buonsenso di non fare assembramenti e di mantenere le distanze di sicurezza.

In fondo che male c'è a molti italiani è già capitato di trascorrere le vacanze estive a casa senza lasciare le proprie abitazioni,  eppure quando parli con persone che hanno dovuto rinunciare per un anno a raggiungere una località di villeggiatura la loro esperienza si è sempre rivelata positiva e stranamente,  ho sempre trovato un italiano particolarmente rilassato. Perchè diciamocelo pure, a volte andare in vacanza nelle mete desiderate è fonte di stress, tra preparazione e magari qualche inconveniente incontrato,  a volte si torna a casa e al lavoro,  più arrabbiati e stanchi di prima.

La nostra casa è un porto sicuro, dove abbiamo le nostre certezze e che mai ci deluderà.

Vi aspetto nei prossimi appuntamenti dove affronteremo il tema di come trascorrere le vacanze estive a casa in totale divertimento e relax,

But I chose these shots on purpose, to remember that we were not afraid to be close to us, if anything we were annoyed by the too much attendance and the lack of tranquility.I imagine that wonder must be this heaven on earth now that it is left alone to regenerate, it was already a protected paradise in unsuspecting times but now this corner of land will have regained greater beauty.Fortunately, I no longer have the habit of booking holidays well in advance, so they are saved from holidays now booked with deposit already paid, but many Italians I know who are in this situation with trips booked abroad.I really wonder when they'll be able to use it! We all hope so soon.It will be the summer of Italians at home who will invent an alternative way to spend the holidays, for the moment it is not allowed to reach the second houses by the sea or in the mountains so everything depends on what you can or will not be able to do. But we are left with the common sense not to do gatherings and to maintain safe distances.After all, what harm is it for many Italians has already happened to spend the summer holidays at home without leaving their homes, yet when you talk to people who had to give up for a year to reach a holiday resort their experience has always turned positive and strangely, I always found a particularly relaxed Italian. PANDEMIA I GIORNI DELLA QUARANTENA : GLI ITALIANI SI RIFUGIANO NEL CIBO

Il cibo che ci ha reso famosi nel mondo oggi ci salva dai giorni della quarantena, questa la reazione degli italiani per reagire ai giorni di lockdown imposti dal governo.

Tutti gli italiani si sono messi ai fornelli per passare il tempo e portare calore domentico nelle famiglie, il buon cibo quello che ci accompagna da sempre sta rendendo ricche le nostre tavole in questi giorni di quarantena e non solo,  sta soddisfancendo palati e colmando vuoti esistenziali.

Per l'italiano il cibo è molto di più che semplice nutrimento, il cibo è tradizione antica tramandata di padre in figlio e che custodisce i segreti che hanno reso celebre la cucina italiana nel mondo, e noi italiani quei segreti li custodiamo con grande gelosia .

La nostre ricette sono tante, difficili da ricordare per uno straniero che si approccia al nostro cibo, la tradizione è un ventaglio di delizie che abbracciano l'intero stivale ognuno con i sapori del suo territorio e la maestria del suo sapere.

I social sono diventati un contenitore di ricette alcune copiate dai libri di cucina o dalle più famose riviste, tutti gli italiani le hanno in casa . Altre invece, quelle più gettonate sono state le ricette della nostra tradizione,  spiegate passo per passo da tutorial online creati anche da nonne e zie. La cucina  non conosce barriere e coinvolge tutte le generazioni di un'Italia che ha voglia di reagire così. 

Dopotutto il buon cibo è moda oggi, i programmi TV hanno esaltato la figura professionale dello chef ormai ambita dai giovani italiani che affollano le scuole e i corsi professionali dedicati.

Il buon cibo e l'arte della presentazione sono immancabili anche agli eventi più esclusivi dove, oltre ad ammirare collezioni di abiti ed accessori,  abbiamo imparato ad ammirare anche la sfilata di piatti legati al cibo rivisitato in chiave moderna, che mixa colori e sperimenta sapori nuovi.

Ma di cosa abbiamo bisogno per preparare degli ottimi piatti in cucina? In fondo gli spostamenti sono limitati e fate la spesa è diventato un gesto difficile e limitato.

Ne ho parlato durante la diretta instagram con un grande chef piemontese Guido Peradotto che ci ha guidato su queste informazioni indispensabili e ci ha ribadito che in realtà bastano pochi ingredienti base per portare grandi piatti in tavola, per cui uova, latte, burro, zucchero, sale, lievito.... 

Le raccomandazioni principali sono quelle di non fare sprechi in cucina e di  non buttare via le parti più dure delle verdure perchè si mangiano anche loro, e importante ricordare che con la buccia della carota e della cipolla si ottengono ottimi brodi vegetali.

Consigli importanti ed oggi indispensabili. Altro aspetto importante riguarda le verdure crude, lo chef ha sottolineato che bisogna lavarle bene anche solo con acqua e bicarbonato.

Chi è amante del bello ha anche apprezzato le nostre linea guida sull'arte di apparecchiare bene la tavola, un progetto che sto portando avanti con la Reale Accademia di Etichetta e Buone Maniere, perchè il cibo bisogna onorarlo su una tavola elegantemente curata. Ora abbiamo del tempo a nostro disposizione per approfondire alcuni aspetti della nostra vita e renderli speciali.

La quarantena ci sta insegnando a migliorare la qualità dei piccoli gesti e dei valori e poi semmai arricchirli con il superfluo che ci ruota attorno nella vita, fin'ora era esattamente il contrario.

Come immagino il dopo? Tanti dicono non vedo l'ora di tornare a viaggiare, di andare a prendere un drink, di andare..Io invece dico non vedo l'ora di invitarti a casa mia per farti assaggiare le meravigliose ricette che ho imparato a cucinare o a migliorare durante i giorni della quarantena. In fondo siamo tornati tutti un po' a scuola e da questo periodo nessuno di noi ne uscirà senza aver acquisito un nuovo sapere.
