Continua la seconda parte del galateo degli acquisti , la prima parte la potete leggere QUI, per meglio vivere un ritorno alla normalità senza eccessi. In fondo degli spunti esistono già da tempo e sono raggruppati in regole comportamentali che si chiamano galateo.
I grandi magazzini sono ormai il posto più frequentato in assoluto per i nostri acquisti, la grande distribuzione può offrite prezzi più concorrenziali rispetto al negozio gestito dal negoziante autonomo, per cui ormai la stra grande maggioranza delle persone affolla i grandi magazzini per il loro shopping, ormai diventati vere città in miniatura con tanto di gallerie per fare acquisti dai brand più conosciuti. Il tutto al coperto, per cui al caldo in inverno e al fresco grazie all'aria condizionata in estate. Io mi trovo qui a parlarvi di galateo dello shopping ai grandi magazzini mentre passeggio sotto dei portici di una via cittadina indossando un comodo e meraviglioso abito acquistato da FEMME LUXE e che potrete anche voi acquistare QUI. Ma allora come ci dobbiamo comportare quando andiamo a fare shopping e spese ai grandi magazzini?
Prima regola - possibilmente non andarci di sabato o nei giorni immediatamente precedenti le grandi festività , non andarci nemmeno nelle ore di punta.
Seconda regola- Evitate di recarvi ai grandi magazzini come si recherebbe in un luogo di ritrovo, per chiacchierare con le amiche o per girare senza scopi precisi da un reparto all'altro e da un piano all'altro, ingombrando inutilmente scale mobili o passaggi tra i banchi.
Ai grandi magazzini fa generalmente molto caldo, ma questo non è un motivo sufficiente per levarsi il soprabito o la giacca e girare come se si fosse nei corridoi di casa propria.
E' ammesso soltanto slacciare il cappotto e allentare la sciarpa.
Sulle scale mobili si resista alla tentazione di salire più in fretta delle scala: il tempo che si guadagna è pochissimo, le spinte che si danno agli altri sono molte e il rischio di fare un capitombolo notevole.
Meglio restare ferme, incolonnate, senza sbuffare o scalpitare; la nevrosi della fretta, ai grandi magazzini, come dappertutto del resto, non può recare che danno.
Quando guardate la merce ben disposta negli scaffali abbiate cura dopo averla visionata di riporla in modo ordinato evitando di mettere in disordine gli articoli esposti, ormai dopo un sabato di affollamento inutile sottolineare che sembra sia passato un uragano e non un gruppo di potenziali acquirenti. Lo scempio che compiono è inconcepibile con totale noncuranza dell'articolo oggetto del loro interesse e dei commessi che lavorano tutto il giorno per riordinare la merce spaiata, stropicciata e finita in reparti totalmente non attinenti, come se ormai questo atteggiamento fosse scusato. Non lo è affatto. Il rispetto è una delle prime regole comportamentali per vivere in una società rispettosa ed ordinata.
Se il prezzo della merce non è allineato con le vostre aspettative, riponetelo senza fare commenti sgraditi e denigratori davanti ad altri potenziali clienti oppure evitate di prendervela con la commessa che non c'entra niente.
Evitate anche di dare consigli che non vi sono stati richiesti ad altri clienti. Badate soltanto ai vostri acquisti e fateli con attenzione, con garbo e soprattutto in fretta. Non c'è tempo per troppe meditazioni ai grandi magazzini: essi sono stati ideati per guadagnare tempo, non per perderne e farne perdere agli altri.
Le stesse regole cerchiamo di applicarle in tempi più moderni anche per quanto riguarda lo shopping online, cerchiamo di essere rispettosi e di scegliere in modo accurato i nostri capi controllando bene la tabella delle misure onde evitare errori nell'acquisto, le tabelle sono presenti e consultabili in ogni store online, basta soltanto avere un pò di pazienza per prendersi le misure e confrontarle con quelle del negozio. Non vi sbaglierete sono precise ed eviterete di prendervela con lo store online lasciando d'impulso recensioni negative che sono davvero distruttive per il negozio stesso, Ricordatevi prima di lasciare una recensione negativa che al servizio di quel negozio, anche se online, ci sono persone che lavorano e che il negozio dovesse chiudere, sono a rischio disoccupazione. A volte le recensioni vengono lasciate a ruota libera senza nemmeno aver consultato il servizio clienti che spesso è disponile 24 ore su 24.
Cercate prima di essere scortesi ed arrabbiati con il negozio la via del dialogo per risolvere il vostro problema o malcontento.
Stessa cosa vale per i tempi di consegna e i prezzi, ogni negozio specifica sempre le tariffe ed il tempo che impiega la merce ad arrivare. Non siate superficiali ma spendete del tempo per leggere.
Agiamo sempre in totale rispetto per gli altri e per noi stessi affinchè fare shopping sia un momento piacevole fatto di gentilezza e rispetto.
