AIUTO CONSIGLIO PROVA COSTUME, NON SEI IN FORMA PER QUESTA ESTATE? IO NEMMENO, ECCO IL MIO SEGRETO A PROVA DI SPIAGGIA

Ahimè è arrivato il momento dell'anno in cui il fisico e la sua perfezione hanno importanza, poco conta se non hai avuto il tempo o la voglia di fare esercizio fisico, poco contano le scuse o i fattori di stress che ti hanno accompagnato durante il faticoso inverno, la prova costume è a dir poco spietata!!!

Non ci saranno più gli abiti a nascondere i difetti, ma madre natura sotto il sol leone svela tutto ciò che di più bello esiste a questo mondo: il venereo fisico della donna.

Ma sotto ombrelloni e palme, la competizione si fa dura, perché ci sarà sempre la donna di turno che palestrata mostra con orgoglio il suo fisico perfettamente sodo, senza un filo di cellulite né una smagliatura, risultato di un inverno fatto di sacrifici, sudore e costanza.

Per quest'estate non ti senti proprio una venere? Io nemmeno!!!

La mia vita per quest'anno è stata stravolta da un incidente che mi ha impedito di fare sforzo fisico, questo lo sapete già, e così mi ritrovo ora impreparata per la prova costume.

Esercizio fisico quotidiano, sono sempre stati un toccasana per la mia salute e per il mio fisico, ora aver dovuto rinunciare al mio stile di vita mi ha un po' disorientato ed è così che ginnastica e corse hanno lasciato spazio a sedute di necessaria fisioterapia.

Allora come affrontare con fierezza il defilè della spiaggia? Io un segreto ce l'ho !!!! Scegliere il costume giusto che sia in sintonia con moda e originalità, cercando di deviare l'occhio degli altri sul costume e non sul fisico, ingannare lo sguardo degli spettatori per vivere le giornate in spiaggia come una vera fashion addict che suggerisce la moda.

Non dimenticate mai di fare esercizio fisico quotidiano e tenere un regime alimentare sano, cominciare si può in ogni momento a partire dalla vostra vacanza.
