Un anno penalizzante per lo sport ! Un anno con palestre e piscine chiuse! Un anno senza le nostre abitudini sportive! Eppure se amiamo davvero lo sport questa è l'occasione per sfruttare gli spazi aperti e vivere il movimento a contatto con la natura. Io per mia preferenza , adoro praticare gli sport all'aria aperta, ho bisogno di respirare l'ossigeno delle piante, vedere i colori della vegetazione e delle stagioni, ascoltare i rumori rilassanti che il silenzio ed il contatto con la natura, regalano.

Sono davvero tante le attività che possiamo svolgere all'aperto e tutte possono regalare momenti di spensieratezza e di svago. Andare in bici può essere un'ottima soluzione per mantenere l'allenamento e sconfiggere la noia mantenendosi in forma in attesa dell'apertura di piscine e palestre, o altre attività chiuse per emergenza sanitaria. Se non disponiamo di una biciletta nessun problema, per fortuna i negozi specializzati le affittano, e se non siamo allenati ora esistono anche le biciclette con pedalata assistita che permettono a tutti di fare bellissime escursioni in bicicletta senza alcuna fatica. Un giretto in bicicletta è l'ideale sia in città che fuori città e nell'ultimo periodo sono tante le persone che si sono approcciate a questa attività .
Un altro sport che possiamo praticare ovunque è la corsa o se preferite una camminata che mantengono attivo e tonico il fisico e danno la possibilità di riscoprire meglio il territorio dove viviamo e che spesso non abbiamo vissuto abbastanza per mancanza di tempo. Io stessa, che vivo fuori città , ho scoperto dei sentieri per camminate meravigliose proprio intorno a casa mia ma che non conoscevo perché preferivo andare in montagna.
La ginnastica a corpo libero può essere praticata ovunque, nei parchi di molte città esistono ormai aree organizzate con attrezzature per fare ginnastica ma anche un prato o una spiaggia sono il posto perfetto per i nostri esercizi e per scappare un pochino dalle mura domestiche.
Per sostituire il nuoto si dovrà attendere il periodo estivo per fare un tuffo in piscine private, mare o laghetti ma speriamo vivamente che questa emergenza sanitaria scompaia al più presto per riuscire a praticare lo sport più bello del mondo che è vivere la vita.
