L'Italia è ripartita con regole comportamentali ben precise dopo l'uragano coronavirus, regole concentrate sul rispetto reciproco e sulla disciplina legata al distanziamento sociale e al rispetto della salute altrui.
Regole che oggi appaiono come una novità , un nuovo codice comportamentale ma in verità un codice comportamentale è sempre esistito e si chiama galateo, lo abbiamo soltanto dimenticato.
Per un nuovo inizio e per una ripresa di tutte le attività legate al commercio e alla vendita al dettaglio, oggi io voglio approfondire con voi l'argomento legato al galateo degli acquisti.

Io appena lo ho indossato me ne sono immediatamente innamorata, sembra fatto apposta per me . La perfetta signora è tale, non solo in salotto fra le amiche, ma anche e specialmente quando viene a contatto con gli estranei , per la strada o in un qualsiasi luogo pubblico.
Non deve meravigliare quindi che esistano regole di galateo anche per chi va a fare acquisti nei negozi . D'ora in avanti cerchiamo di imparare nuovamente questi concetti fondamentali e di metterli in pratica . Una nuova opportunità ci viene data da questo periodo difficile cerchiamo di renderlo utile per migliorare di nostri gesti quotidiani ed il loro approccio.
Entrando in un negozio per prima cosa si dovrebbe salutare. Ma può accadere che i venditori siano occupati con altri clienti e che non abbiamo la possibilità di badare subito a noi, succede nelle giornate di forte affluenza che speriamo possano tornare al più presto. In quel caso ci terremmo in disparte finchè non arriverà il nostro turno e saluteremo non appena la commessa o il commesso rivolgerà la sua attenzione a noi.
Parlando a un commesso o ad una commessa dobbiamo sempre usare un tono molto cortese, non di comando.
Se nel negozio ci sono altre persone, non tentiamo di farci servire prima degli altri, ma aspettiamo con pazienza, senza sbuffare il nostro turno. Nel caso in cui il commesso vi conoscesse e tentasse per favorirvi di farvi passare prima del nostro turno, vostro dovere è rifiutare rispondendo che prima di voi ci sono le altre persone e sempre ringraziando.
Se fossero gli altri a tentare di scavalcare voi, cercate sempre mantenendo la calma di puntualizzare a bassa voce come se fosse una svista involontaria, che invece è il vostro turno.
Cercate di entrare nel negozio con un'idea almeno approssimativa, se non esattissima di quello che desiderate acquistare per evitare di fare perdere troppo tempo al personale del negozio .
Evitate di far salire e scendere troppe volte dalla scala la commessa, di farvi aprire troppe scatole , d farvi mostrare montagne di roba e di ficcare mani indiscrete in scatole di candida biancheria, di palpeggiare chilometri di stoffe per poi dire che volevate solo farvi un'idea.
Se la merce che vi viene presentata non è di vostro gradimento limitatevi a commentare ringraziando che non è quello che cercavate, evitando invece espressioni offensive o scortesi.
Il contegno del commesso e del cliente deve essere insomma tale che alla fine entrambi possano ringraziare e salutarsi con cortesia, senza malumore, questo anche se non hanno concluso l'affare ma solo perso un sacco di tempo entrambi.
Il galateo che insegna il rispetto altrui ed il rispetto delle regole aiuta a vivere meglio i rapporti umani con gli altri e con sè stessi. Non trascuriamo più questi valori che aiutano a costruire una società migliore.
