TUTTI PAZZI PER LO SBIANCAMENTO DEI DENTI : IL METODO Dr Martin Schwarz.

Si è così, tutti pazzi per lo sbiancamento dei denti, dalle star di tutto il mondo alle persone attente al sorriso, l 'ultimo trend del momento è quello di avere denti bianchissimi e sfoggiare un sorriso smagliante. Io in realtà questa fissa di avere i denti bianchissimi la avevo già da bambina, e ricordo perfettamente che abitando in mezzo al verde qualche anziano saggio del paese in cui vivevo ai tempi delle scuole elementari, mi spiegò che le foglie si salvia strofinate sui denti aiutavano a togliere il colore giallo paglierino e a rendere i denti più bianchi. Potete immaginare la grandezza di questa scoperta, da quel momento si è rivelato uno dei miei giochi preferiti ogni volta che passavo davanti ad una pianta di salvia.

Non so dirvi esattamente se siano state le mie attenzioni premature rivolte al mio sorriso o il mio stile di vita ma devo ammettere di non aver mai avuto denti giallissimi. Così anche a causa di questa mia attenzione rivolta al colore dei miei denti, ho voluto testare un rimedio di sbiancamento dei denti comodo e innovativo, quello del Dr Martin Schwarz. perchè permette di eseguire il trattamento direttamente a casa senza l'aiuto di un esperto. Per tutte le persone che come me sono molte impegnate o lontano dagli studi medici che offrono un trattamento di questo tipo.

Il gel Expert 38% contiene perossido di carbamide ed altri ingrendienti essenziali che consentono di ottenere risultati ottimali, simili a quelli raggiunti nelle cliniche specializzate, ad un costo decisamente inferiore, con risultati visibili già dopo il primo trattamento senza danneggiare lo smalto dei denti.

Il kit arriva composto da gel Expert 38% , un gel Bioscalin antibatterico e i bite dentali o come li chiamiamo più comunemente mascherine per denti. Il gel è contenuto in siringhe pratiche per il dosaggio, mentre le mascherine vanno tenute in acqua calda per poi modellarle sui nostri denti.

Per sbiancare i nostri denti, è vero che lo facciamo a casa ma bisogna prendersi del tempo, perchè il gel va tenuto in posa sui denti almeno per 20 minuti.

E' consigliato Pulire i denti ed asciugarli accuratamente dopodichè iniziare con il trattamento antibatterico gel Bioscalin che rimuove anche la placca.

Il gel deve essere applicato utilizzando i bite dentali e facendo inoltre attenzione a non inserire all'interno una quantità eccessiva di gel che provocherebbe infiammazioni delle mucose. Le siringhe per il dosaggio che arrivano nel kit già piene di gel, sono perfette per un dosaggio di precisone.

Dopo aver inserito la quantità di gel all'interno dei bite dentali, posizionarli sui denti per il tempo consigliato, rimuovere il prodotto in eccesso nel caso in cui fuoriesca. Io ho prestato molta attenzione a questa fase che non va sottovalutata ma devo ammettere di non aver avuto nessun problema a dosare in modo corretto il gel.

Si procede allo stesso modo con il gel Expert 38% tenendolo in posa sui denti da un minimo di 20 minuti a un massimo di 30 minuti, già dalla prima seduta si vedranno i risultati essendo caratterizzato da intense proprietà sbiancanti.

Non ho riscontrato nessuna sensibilità dei denti dopo aver utilizzato il trattamento, il consiglio è comunque quello di non mangiare dopo il trattamento cibi dalle colorazioni forti come ad esempio le barbabietole.

Io ho applicato il trattamento per 3 settimane circa una volta ogni tre giorni. Sono pienamente soddisfatta del risultato, nonostante come ho già detto in partenza, non avessi denti gialli o con colorazione alterata dal tempo.

LA MIA ESTATE A PROVA DI DISTANZIAMENTO SOCIALE

Si parte, non si parte, vedremo ! Incertezze, dubbi, perplessità. La voglia di proteggersi è più grande di quella di partire per le vacanze e in un primo momento la reazione è stata quella del "Io resto a casa" per me è facile dirlo perchè vivo immersa al verde in un posto che è già come stare in vacanza.

Poi l'arrivo dell'estate, la libertà, le notizie rassicuranti, la confidenza della convivenza con il virus, le abitudini delle barriere di sicurezza, e via si decide di partire ma solo per qualche giorno giusto per cambiare aria.

Ho un folle desiderio di rivedere il mare, io che vivo vicino alle montagne voglio assolutamente raggiungere il mare, trovo un mio equilibrio nel trascorrere le mie giornate in spiaggia lontano dalla folla. E sto bene a contatto con i suoni della natura !

E quei pochi giorni di vacanza diventano settimane tra mare e montagna, e senza aspettative trascorro un'estate da non dimenticare.

Ho cambiato sicuramente alcune abitudini. Sono andata alla ricerca di angoli tranquilli e meno frequentati e questo mi ha permesso di trovare dei veri e propri angoli di paradiso che forse mai avrei conosciuto.

LA DONNA A TU PER TU CON IL PROPRIO SPECCHIO

E' un rapporto lungo una vita intera quello che una donna instaura con lo specchio, nessuna donna può farne a meno è un legame inscindibile che racconta una storia di amicizia senza fine.

Tutti alla ricerca di posti instagrammabili per sorprendere, questa è la nuova tendenza sui social perché si sa, ci sono posti che riescono ad incantare ed attirare l’attenzione più di altri.

Ed è gara a chi riesce a raccontare in uno scatto angoli di mondo in modo virale dopodiché tutti a fare lo stesso scatto nello stesso posto. Questo atteggiamento arrivato grazie ai social ha contribuito anche a rendere famosi posti che prima d’ora erano sconosciuti o non pubblicizzati per i viaggi . Una nota positiva per il turismo a livello mondiale che oltre a viaggiare a conoscere posti già apprezzati da tempo negli anni ci ha permesso di conoscere realtà nuove e interessanti. Ognuno fotografi e metta a disposizione il suo angolo di mondo, un po’ questa la filosofia lanciata dai social.

Il suo leggero luccichio di un color violetto irresistibile è un tocco di bellezza per le vie di questo straordinario borgo, le persone che animano le strade lo notano ed osservano con ammirazione noi, io e il mio team che portiamo la moda in sfilata per i borghi ed i quartieri di una città importante come TORINO.

E’ un susseguirsi di emozioni quelle che si vivono durante uno shooting soprattutto se c’è costruzione e amore per il risultato finale, e questo BORGO VECCHIO CAMPIDOGLIO è il posto ideale per i miei scatti, una piccola MONTMATRE in una città che con Parigi ha davvero molte affinità.

E sono queste finestre dipinte da uno degli artisti che popolano questo vivace quartiere, ad attirare la mia attenzione in un momento dell’anno in cui impazzano sul web foto nei campi di girasoli, i miei girasoli sono d’artista ed è per me un esempio alternativo di proporre una tendenza e diversificarsi.

Orgogliosa di tutto quello che questo quartiere sa offrire ed il calore delle persone che si avvicinano durante lo shooting lasciando un saluto, un commento, un apprezzamento. E qualcuno di loro gentilmente ci lascia anche la sua vecchia bicicletta per arricchire il set della nostra costruzione fotografica. Di bici antiche come questa, Torino né è piena ed è questa l’espressione torinese di muoversi in bicicletta se si è attenti alle mode.

Un museo a cielo aperto questo borgo un tempo operaio e adibito alla coltivazione agricola e al pascolo, da quando grazie Museo D’arte Contemporanea gli artisti hanno arricchito le facciate delle case con splendidi murales che si possono vistare gratuitamente, questo è stato in assoluto il primo museo d’arte contemporanea realizzato in Italia.

Sembra di essere catapultati altrove in questo Borgo multietnico nel cuore di una Torino elegante e severa, qui ci si può rilassare godendo del silenzio e dei soli rumori di chi qui fa un mestiere artigiano, facendo sosta nei dehors all’aperto dei locali come trattorie o piole che fanno parte di questo scenario che sa regalare cultura e svago. Oppure se si è stanchi qui si ha l’onore di potersi sedere su un’opera d’arte, le panchine d’autore dipinte e reinventate da artisti che qui hanno lasciato la loro firma, la loro impronta e un pezzo del loro cuore.
