Oggi visita medica in calendario, quanti di noi ne hanno almeno una nel corso dell'anno? Per qualcuno è un appuntamento di routine.

Lo stato di  salute è una delle priorità nella vita delle persone e il medico diventa una figura che è presente nella nostra vita, una persona che non lasceremo mai se non per una scelta dettata dal cambiamento del professionista. In ogni caso è una persona che ha la sua importanza nel nostro percorso di vita.

Si parla spesso di come vestirsi per andare a teatro, ad un Galà leggiamo spesso consigli su come presentarsi ad un appuntamento di lavoro oppure qual'è l'abbigliamento ideale per andare a fare shopping. Ma per andare ad una visita medica come dobbiamo vestirci, ci avete mai pensato?

Molti di voi diranno che non è assolutamente necessario pensarci, in fondo è soltanto una noiosa visita medica. Dal medico prima di parlare di eleganza si deve parlare di ordine, comodità e pulizia dopodichè non dobbiamo trascurare l'aspetto legato alla bellezza del nostro look, quello  ideale deve rispecchiare tutti questi aspetti. La mia scelta è una tuta sportiva, di quelle che abbiamo tutte nel nostro guardaroba o che non faremo fatica ad acquistare, in commercio ne troviamo di bellissime come questo SET che indosso io di FEMMELUXE in un delicato azzurro.

Perchè una tuta sportiva ? Quando andiamo dal dottore per  sottoporci ad una visita medica, la maggior parte delle volte ci dobbiamo spogliare per cui è nostra educazione indossare capi comodi da gestire nel modo più pratico possibile onde evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti come zip incastrate, bottoni che non si riescono ad aprire ,top o pantaloni troppo stretti che non riusciamo ad infilare. Evitate perdite di tempo per voi, per il dottore e per i pazienti che sono in attesa, sembra una banalità ma anche il look gioca la sua parte. In più una tuta sportiva ha una vestibilità comoda ed è l'ideale se dobbiamo anche solo alzare una parte delle maglia o abbassare una parte dei pantaloni.

Affrontato il tema look vediamo insieme quali sono le regole comportamentali da rispettare per un vivere nel rispetto e con buona educazione quando si va dal medico.

All'appuntamento sia in strutture pubbliche che in uno studio privato, si arriva in orario perchè  dalla vostra puntualità dipendono i tempi sia dello specialista che degli altri pazienti in turno dopo di voi. Evitate di fare commenti sui tempi di attesa, aspettate con rispetto e pazienza alcune visite prevedono imprevisti e necessitano di più attenzione da parte del dottore.

Al dottore ci si rivolge con gentilezza salutando al vostro arrivo, se siete nuovi pazienti vi presenterete e dopo aver esposto brevemente i vostri disturbi lascerete la parola alla specialista che avrà bisogno da parte vostra di risposte chiare e precise alle sue domande nonchè della verità. Spesso raccontiamo piccole o grandi bugie per giustificare un nostro comportamento scorretto ma questo atteggiamento non è di aiuto nè a noi stessi nè al dottore che non ingoierà la nostra bugia.

Evitate di raccontare la storia della  vostra vita durante l'appuntamento facendo perdere troppo tempo al medico che è presente per curarvi e non per essere la vostra valvola di sfogo, ricordate sempre che in sala di attesa ci sono altre persone ad attendere.

L'importo della visita medica va saldato prima del vostro ingresso dal dottore in caso di struttura pubblica, l'onorario al medico privato va saldato non appena ultimata la visita chiedendo gentilmente quanto è dovuto per l'onorario ed evitando frasi di routine come "quanto è per il disturbo?" , se andiamo dal dottore per farci visitare il medico non è sicuramente disturbato perchè sta facendo il suo lavoro e noi non dobbiamo sentirci  come quelli che si sono recati nel suo studio a disturbare.

La cifra dell'onorario non va mai mercanteggiata o messa in discussione si paga la parcella al dottore o alla sua segretaria e vi congedate salutando con gentilezza.

E come ci dobbiamo invece comportare con quei dottori che sono anche  amici che insistono per non farsi pagare? Abbiamo in questo caso un conto aperto con loro per cui il primo atteggiamento da assumere è quello di ricambiare il favore in altre forme appena si presenterà l'occasione, ognuno di noi ha delle risorse da offrire. In occasione delle feste natalizie sarà doveroso inviare un regalo accompagnato da un biglietto con i ringraziamenti e conoscendo la moglie sarà doveroso inviarle un mazzo di fiori seguendo il rito delle occasioni.

10 anni di me, 10 anni di voi, 10 anni di NOI !

E' festa grande lui  il  mio BLOG, questo BLOG compie dieci meravigliosi anni che contengono una mia vita parellela fatta di bellezza, allegria, svago, esperienze positive, conoscenze meravigliose.

Un percorso iniziato in un pomeriggio di luglio, a spingermi la curiosità e il desiderio di evasione ad una vita fatta di doveri, preoccupazioni e tanta responsabilità sulle spalle.

E' una donna imprenditrice ad aprire questo spazio e tutto questo può sembrare frivolo e ridicolo agli occhi delle persone che sono abituate a conoscere la donna in affari e non la donna sognatrice, ma lo faccio, e quel pomeriggio di una estate apparentemente normale,  getto le basi di un progetto che anni dopo diventerà grandioso, nonchè la mia vita.

Muovo i primi passi in questo mondo poco conosciuto e poco credibile,  ho sete di sapere, di misurarmi, di sfogarmi , sono una blogger che passa anche  commentare il famoso blog  the blonde salad di Chiara  Ferragni quanto era ancora gestito in modo amatoriale , lo spazio della  fashion blogger più famosa. Mi confronto con molte  blogger che avendo più ore da dedicare sono anni luce più avanti di me ed io non riesco a reggere i loro ritmi ed il loro passo.

Non ho molto tempo, ho un lavoro full time,  tempo libero pari a zero  e i miei post sono rari , sono più un'esplorazione di questo mondo misterioso che altro e soprattutto io non compaio mai.

 Difficile espormi con il lavoro imprenditoriale e la compostezza che richiede . La naturale conseguenza è che mi stacco completamente dal blog  per mancanza di tempo nonostante avessi già iniziato a creare una community.

Questo blog è lì vivo sul web e la mia vita scorre tra impegni, ansie, viaggi, pianificazione, conquiste, pianti. Arriva anche il giorno che mi collego a blogger per chiudere questo spazio quasi come se fosse una faccenda in sospeso , ma quando riapro il mio blog,  con grande sorpresa mi accorgo dalle visualizzazioni,  che in tanti erano passati a leggere, a curiosare  ed invece di chiuderlo quel giorno decido che non solo che lo avrei fatto decollare ma  che ci avrei messo la faccia.

Sono la follia e la leggerezza a suggerirmi foto e parole, i miei nuovi inizi sono veramente bizzarri lo sono le foto che colpiscono per la loro dose di pazzia e lo sono le mia parole, uno sfogo che arriva ai cuori e alle anime della mia community che si stringe sempre più numerosa intorno a me.
Man mano questo spazio diventa sempre più importante per me, ho bisogno di scrivere e mettere nero su bianco le mie emozioni, ho bisogno di incontrare i miei amici virtuali,  la mia community.

Mi sento umanamente appagata, non ho paura di espormi nè di apparire ridicola,  penso solo ed esclusivamente al lato umano, non penso al business, non penso a trasformare questo sfogo in un lavoro, la mia mente vola libera e la priorità è quella di svuotare emozioni in questo contenitore.

Poco per volta arrivano i social media, che imparo piano piano a gestire come del resto il blog, è un precorso di crescita e formazione dettato dalla curiosità e tanta voglia di capire, lo studio, tanto studio alla base.

Avete scritto nei commenti sui miei social media oltre agli auguri anche frasi come " che meraviglia 10 anni di vestiti..." no non sono stati dieci anni di vestiti, sono stati tanti anni di totale nulla, solo di sfogo e divertimento alla stato puro e di tanta solitudine in questo progetto. Ho fatto tutto da sola, nessuno a darmi un consiglio, una parola come giudizio, nessuno dei miei conoscenti, io con la mia testa. Ma l'affetto che ho ricevuto dai miei lettori e sostenitori da ogni parte d' Italia e del mondo sono stati la mia vera forza. Inutile dire che nonostante il mio bagaglio lavorativo, la mia anima ha dovuto gestire l'emozione  del primo invito ad un evento, il primo incontro importante, i primi articoli su magazine moda..Non si è mai preparati a tutto questo.

Ho sempre creduto in questo mio spazio che mi ha alleggerito da alcuni pesanti vincoli di vita regalandomi LA LIBERTA' e un mondo nuovo in cui la protagonista è lei, la mia amata moda.

I successi tantissimi, inaspettati . Il lavoro anche quello immenso e la strada da intuire.

Oggi posso dire di avere toccato mondi che pensavo irraggiungibili e di avere conosciuto e stretto amicizie con persone che pensavo irraggiungibili. La determinazione e il credere nelle collaborazioni mi hanno permesso di arrivare al successo,  posso dire con orgoglio di avere il mio posto d'onore nel panorama moda e non solo.

Mi scrivete spesso in tanti , che io sono esplosiva un vulcano di idee e di esperienze, ma questi sono da sempre i miei normali ritmi di lavoro quelli di una imprenditrice che ha conquistato tutto con il sudore della fronte e della mente.

Non stancatevi mai di dare voi stessi per i vostri progetti e di elaborare nuove soluzioni per arrivare al successo, questo fa il bravo imprenditore si espone e rischia sulla propria pelle senza mai nessuna certezza o garanzia.

Per il decimo anniversario del blog ho voluto fare un restyling ed eccolo qui in una versione più accattivante e professionale che sarà completato ed aggiornato di volta in volta. Un altra immensa soddisfazione che si aggiunge alle altre. La strada che ad un certo punto si apre da sola e non resta che crederci e vivere tutto quanto sta accadendo.

 CAPITA ANCHE A VOI DI ESSERE DONNE DISTRATTE?

Queste foto realizzate in immenso parcheggio auto non sono di certo un caso, soprattutto se indosso un abitino raffinato e scarpe altrettanto preziose che richiederebbero uno scenario incantato come un party, un salone delle feste. Invece vestita con questa meraviglia trovata su  FEMME LUXE che tra l'altro potrete trovare QUI ho scattato le mie foto in un parcheggio auto perchè vi voglio introdurre un argomento che mi appartiene personalmente, ma che credo sia anche comune a molti di voi: la distrazione.

Quella noiosa distrazione che vi accompagna durante la giornata e che proprio dopo una festa, una commissione, non vi permette di ritrovare la vostra auto nel parcheggio, per citare un esempio. A quante di noi è capitato? E vi dirò di più a ma non solo è capitato di non ritrovare più la mia auto ma addirittura di salire sull'auto di altri perchè convinta fosse la mia. Ecco cosa comporta la distrazione.

Non ridete sono arrivata a tal punto eppure sono una donna precisa, meticolosa ma evidentemente la mia testa è occupata da altro e non mi prendo dei punti di riferimento per costruire la mappa della mia vita.

Non è di certo un vanto per nessuno e dalla distrazione bisogna cercare di scappare, di rimediare, di guarire. Alcune donne la considerano un lato affascinante del loro essere, che le rende più interessanti rispetto alla donna precisa e fiscale, ma non è così. Io stessa mi rendo conto di essere vittima insieme alla mia distrazione anche di gaffes. Molti conferiscono alla distrazione un atteggiamento di disinteresse verso il prossimo, per me non è così.Mi rendo conto di essere distratta per la mole di lavoro e di commissioni da fare in un mondo troppo veloce per avere l'opportunità di osservarlo e tutto questo non va bene.

Le distrazioni da evitare sono quelle di scambiare una persona per un altra e questa situazione ho notato che è frequente per molti, se non siete sicuri evitate di tirare ad indovinare, non sarà carino essere confusi per altre persone.

 Evitate di prendere oggetti personali che appartengono ad altre perone come penne, libri, ombrelli.

La distrazione addirittura incide sul decoro dell'abbigliamento, attenzione a non uscire di casa con una calza di colore diverso da un'altra, con la maglia del pigiama, senza esserci pettinati e sistemanti.

E poi evitate di uscire senza soldi , questa distrazione sarà imbarazzante da un lato e bloccherà i vostri piani giornalieri come compere, caffè e simili facendovi perdere del tempo prezioso.

Come possiamo rimediare a tale difetto? Per aiutarci e vincerla, possiamo fare un elenco delle cose da fare con descrizione dettagliata di nomi, posti e orari. Io vi svelo la mia tecnica, oltre a segnarmi sempre tutto per non dimenticare una determinata azione o impegno mi faccio sulla mano un puntino con la biro, io le mani le guardo sempre per cui questo è il mio metodo infallibile. Trovatene uno vostro a partire dal vecchio nodo al fazzoletto! 

Io purtroppo ultimamente mi devo aiutare in questo modo e segnarsi gli impegni serve assolutamente, se si impara ad organizzare anche questo aspetto della vita, il risultato sarà vincente.

Sicuramente a volte la distrazione si paga a caro prezzo come dimenticare qualche documento molto importante, qualche oggetto di valore o anche peggio di incontrare una persona importante.

Sicuramente dopo esperienze di questo genere la lezione che ci sarà data dalla vità sarà indimenticabile.
