LAVORO E SFRUTTAMENTO NON SOLO NEL SETTORE MODA
Oggi elegantemente vestita con un ABITO in un classico colore amaranto della collezione
FEMMELUXE ,al quale ho abbinato in modo inusuale una camicia MINIDRESS del medesimo brand vi voglio parlare del mondo del lavoro.
Non è un caso che io sia vicino ad un vagone treno da miniera, perchè questo è stato uno dei lavori più duri in cui lo sfruttamento e le condizioni di lavoro erano pessime. Lo sono tutt'oggi e nelle miniere ci sono i bambini a lavorare, così come nella produzione di capi di abbigliamento alla moda, anche qui ci sono i bambini, uomini e donne sfruttati.
Al di là dei soliti discorsi già ampiamente trattati, il messaggio che voglio mandare è che bisogna dire di no allo sfruttamento anche in Paesi liberi come il nostro, in cui esistono oggi lavori remunerati pochissimi euro all'ora e contratti co.co.co con scadenza mensile che non tutelano il lavoratore . Tutto questo tra l'altro riconosciuto come lecito dal datore di lavoro che usufruisce di quanto più mostruoso ci possa essere nel mondo del lavoro.
Tutto questo a me fa male, e per combattere questa piaga del sistema sociale, dobbiamo essere noi a rifiutare questo genere di impieghi che offrono in cambio un pugno di mosche! Questo è il pensiero che mi aveva espresso una anziana signora tempo fa e ragionando oggi posso dire che aveva assolutamente ragione.
Finchè ci saranno persone disposte a farsi sfruttare tutto questo troverà terreno fertile. Ognuno merita una vita lavorativa dignitosa così come la meritavano quei minatori che erano costretti a picconare per 15 e anche 20 ore al giorno, e la dignità la meritavano anche i lavoratori del Rana Plaza in Bangladesh, che lavoravano sfruttati per le grandi case di moda, e la cui vita non è stata risparmiata dai datori di lavoro di un disastro annunciato.
Questo soltanto uno dei grandi esempi di sciagura di questa piaga che alimenta un sistema malato e che va combattuta.
Io sono per la dignità del lavoratore e per la meritocrazia.
