GIORNATA RICCA DI APPUNTAMENTI IN PIU' TANTO CALDO, ECCO COME RIMANERE IN ORDINE PER TUTTA LA GIORNATA
Lo capisco bene, facciamo di tutto per essere in ordine per la nostra giornata ricca di impegni di lavoro e non, scegliamo un outfit che ci piace davvero tanto, ed è importante perché gli impegni sono in città , ci trucchiamo e pettiniamo con cura, scegliamo di indossare il nostro profumo estivo dalla fragranza fresca, accessori per abbellire il tutto e poi...Torniamo a casa sfatte, dimesse, sudate con abiti stropicciati, capigliatura ribelle, il nostro profumo evaporato ed il trucco colato tutto questo perché il caldo ci ha distrutto e ha rovinato tutta la nostra opera del mattino. Arrabbiate e nervose? Direi di sì sognavamo di essere perfette per quell'appuntamento di lavoro o di piacere dove importante sarebbe stato fare bella figura.
Capirete tutto è questo quello che capita quando mi assento per tutto il giorno da casa per una giornata ricca di appuntamenti e tutto questo succede in particolare nelle afose giornate estive.
Io non ho un insegnamento da darvi, né li chiamerei consigli io voglio condividere semplicemente con voi quali sono i miei accorgimenti per restare fresca e ordinata il più a lungo possibile durante queste giornate " full- immersion".
Faccio una doccia prima di uscire di casa per mantenere un aspetto fresco inizio la giornata lavando tutto il corpo, durante la notte specialmente in estate è facile trovarsi sudati al mattino il getto d'acqua accompagnati da un buon sapone o doccia schiuma lascerà sulla nostra pelle una lieta fragranza di pulito.
Uso un ottimo deodorante, per me il deodorante antiodore è fondamantale, garantisce profumo e freschezza contro i cattivi odori per tutta la giornata. Se avete un problema più serio in farmacia sono reperibili prodotti professionali che possono aiutarvi a risolvere il vostro problema.Lascio i capelli sciolti, per evitare l'effetto spettinato che una giornata così non risparmia a nessuno, lascio sempre i capelli sciolti e ribelli a me sembrano un po' meno in disordine.
Scelgo abiti in tessuti traspiranti, i tessuti in fibre naturali, il cotone o il lino in estate sono l'ideale, aiutano a far respirare le pelle mantenendo il nostro corpo asciutto per tutta la giornata. I tessuti sintetici potrebbero non fare respirare la pelle, evitiamoli in queste giornate afose.
Cerco di vestirmi a strati magari mettendo una camicetta sotto il top, il cardigan in modo da poter mettere e togliere i capi in base alla temperatura. Avere scarpe comode e un piede asciutto durante la giornata è una sensazione meravigliosa.
Sono attenta ad una corretta igiene orale, lavo i denti dopo aver pranzato o mangiato qualcosa. E' importante per l'igiene dei denti e per conservare un alito fresco durante tutta la giornata.
Porto con me delle salviettine umidificate, sempre con me in versione pocket da tenere nella borsa, da usare nei momenti di crisi e di sudorazione eccessiva, pochi gesti e si ritorna quasi alla normalità o per lo meno si percepisce la sensazione di essere meno in disordine.
Scelgo un bar di riferimento con toilette di classe, per il mio caffè come tappa per il riposo e per il restauro. IO faccio così scelgo i miei locali di riferimento in base alla zona in cui devo andare, che abbianouna toilette comoda, profumata e pulita che mi permetta di rimettermi in ordine, darmi una rinfrescata veloce, un ritocco trucco, una pettinata e se necessario, lavare i denti.
Scelgo una borsa capiente, perché deve contenere tutto il necessaire della giornata, spazzolino, dentifricio, pettine, profumo, pochette con trucchi, oltre agli altri oggetti di routine.
