CON L'ARRIVO DI DICEMBRE SCATTA LA CACCIA AL REGALO DI NATALE, ECCO COME SOPRAVVIVERE ALLO SHOPPING NATALIZIO.
Troverò coda in ogni negozio? Chissà perchè ogni anno quando arriva questo periodo mi viene voglia di scappare da tutto ciò che riguarda lo shopping di Natale. Nonostante la mia gioia a voler acquistare un presente per fare sorridere e gioire chi lo riceverà , quella dello shopping natalizio si è trasformata in una vera e propria febbre da regalo.
Allora da qualche tempo ho deciso di cambiare le mie abitudini e di godermi in totale relax questo periodo.
ORGANIZZAZIONE : è fondamentale non perdere tempo, ne abbiamo talmente poco che va ottimizzato. E' necessario stilare una lista delle persone e di un' idea regalo in modo da fare un tour di shopping mirato. E' molto importante sapere cosa si vuole cercare durante il nostro shopping natalizio.
TOUR DELLO SHOPPING: è preferibile, per non farsi prendere da ansia e claustrofobia aggirarsi nei negozi del centro città piuttosto che nei centri commerciali. Una boccata d'aria fresca, respirata tra un negozio e l'altro eviterà emicrania e panico. Ormai le catene, dei più famosi negozi, praticano prezzi fissi che non variano dalla vetrina di un centro commerciale o di una famosa via del centro città .
PAUSA: Programmate delle pause, quelle che vi permetteranno di rigenerare la mente, controllare il bottino acquistato, osservare la bellezza della città e l'atmosfera del natale, rigenerare le gambe e i piedi. Shopping natalizio sia, ma con i giusti ritmi.
ABBIGLIAMENTO: preferite abiti comodi e caldi, è importante il comfort a 360 gradi senza tralasciare eleganza e stile. Per il mio shopping tour ho indossato una meravigliosa BLUSA

E POI PER EVITARE LA CODA DI OGNI NEGOZIO? Fate come me, alzatevi presto e raggiungete i negozi prima delle loro apertura, un caffè nel bar preferito e poi di corsa tuffatevi nei tranquilli negozi non ancora affollati. Per il vostro shopping natalizio troverete assortimento, attenzione da parte delle commesse, capi non ancora mischiati come se fosse passato uno tzunami.
